Terms of the "Sponsorship-Export"

The RADIANCE OF GLASS organize a sponsorship program designed to reward its customers for the supply of new export customers and their contribution to the promotion of Export Service.

Participation in sponsorship implies the unconditional acceptance of this settlement in its entirety and the waiver of any appeal concerning the conditions of organization and allocation of grants.
The regulation applies only to persons staying or residing outside of metropolitan France.
Participation in sponsorship occurs only www.eclatdeverre.com via the "Export Service" of the flying glass.

The Gift of Sponsorship-Export is a credit of € 15 deducted from the amount of duty orders done via the Internet Export Service.
Can claim the status of any person Godfather made at least one command to Export Service.

As soon as the command is sent godson, godfather, receive by mail the code "Sponsorship-Export" and in turn receive a credit of 15 €, on account of the amount of duty the next export command.

Is considered godson anyone placing an order for the 1st time being recommended by a sponsor, identified by name.
No minimum order is required, however the cost of packing and delivery can never be paid even in part by having sponsorship.
The amount of the order must be greater than the amount of the credit.

The credit is valid for a period of 3 months to the day, the date of issuance of the code mail notifier "Sponsorship-Export" authentic triggering of the offer and the date of the mail client confirming his order Authentic to validate the offer.

Proof of actual payment must be received within 3 days after confirmation by mail client.

In case of non receipt of proof of payment, ordering and having involved could be removed without notice.
The combined assets are subject to be used within 3 months to the day above defined.

The period of 3 months passed, the sponsor or godchild will renounce the use of have and can not claim any refund or exchange cons financial value whatsoever.

With every match having a new code "Sponsorship-Export.
The assets are nominal, for the exclusive use of the sponsor or the godson and can not be assigned or transferred.
The assets of 2 different people (or more) can be added in the same order.

The RADIANCE OF GLASS reserves the right to verify the identity of their sponsors and godchildren and cancel a sponsorship if there is suspicion of fraud. In this case the godfathers and godchildren concerned will be notified by mail.

The RADIANCE OF GLASS may terminate the sponsorship offer and reserves the right to make any changes to the regulation during the sponsorship program-Export, at any time without notice or obligation to explain its decision, without that liability could be incurred as a result. The RADIANCE OF GLASS reserves including the ability to change the amount of the asset, the validity dates of the sponsorship, and this in its sole discretion.

Responsibility for the bit of glass can not be involved in cases of force majeure or beyond its control, particularly on issues related to computer processing.

The details of each participant are subject to the provisions of Article 27 "Informatique et Libertés" of January 6, 1978 or any other law that is substituted.
